Leasing Company's Insurance program has a standard coverage that
complies with the needs of most businesses. We add your fleet
to ours when we negotiate insurance premiums and services.
Our
Insurance program is price-competitive and designed to eliminate
some of the frustrating administrative chores of fleet management,
allowing you more time to work in more productive areas of your
operation.
Premiums
are calculated based upon criteria specific to your fleet profile.
This technique is very important when you are in a group program.
The premium is based upon the geographic spread and the usage
of your fleet. Next, this profile is further modified by your
own loss experience over the past three years. Our program calculates
the actual premium per month per unit based upon the number of
units active at the time. Therefore, your premium reflects the
exact profile of your fleet each month.
Network
utilizes an extensive network of repair facilities nationwide
for Collision Repair, which is part of the overall Accident Management
Program. Prices are negotiated by trained collision repair technicians
ensuring the best service for the best price. All collision repair
technicians are continually certified and tested through I-CAR,
ASE, manufacturers, local colleges and trade schools to provide
you with industry expertise.
No
Prepayment:
A
big difference in our program is NO DOWN PAYMENT or DEPOSIT of
25% at the outset of your coverage. Your monthly payment is simply
added to your normal monthly lease payment. This protects your
cash flow.
Procedures:
Drivers
call a toll-free number to speak with a collision repair technician
who asks a series of questions to determine the driver's needs.
Once the vehicle problem has been established, the driver is directed
to a repair facility. If the repairs are extensive, arrangements
can be made for a tow and/or a rental vehicle. Once the vehicle
is transported to the repair facility, the vehicle damage is assessed.
Photographs are taken, which are imaged into the incident report.
Repair estimates are submitted for review. Our collision technicians
audit the estimates and negotiate with the repair facility for
a fair and competitive price, authorizing repairs based on customer-approved
parameters. All repairs are monitored to ensure they are completed
correctly and in a timely manner. In addition, the return of a
rental vehicle - if used - is coordinated with repair completion
to help avoid unnecessary costs.
